Public Art Sculpture

In 2022 I was commissioned by Stonewater Housing Association to create a piece of public art for a new housing development in Castlethorpe. The brief was to capture and represent the history of the beautiful Buckinghamshire village.

 

I designed and sculpted 3 bas relief pieces incorporating elements of the village's history and iconic landmarks such as the exterior of St Simon & Jude's Church, the weekly coffee morning inside, the school, trainline and Udi the shopkeeper! My workshop was previously on a local farm in Hanslope and I have friend's in both villages  .
